Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

An established manufacturing operation in Rostraver Township, PA is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support daily production and robotic manufacturing systems. This role plays a critical part in optimizing automated work cells, maintaining equipment, and driving continuous process improvement in a fast-paced production environment. They manufacture glass for aerospace, defense and medical device industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize production work cells and robotic systems
• Partner with engineering to execute daily production plans
• Perform maintenance, repairs, light programming, inventory management, and equipment upkeep
• Troubleshoot process and product issues; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative actions
• Develop and maintain documentation for parts, processes, and new product integration
• Support scaling of small-batch processes into larger-volume production

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
• Previous manufacturing experience (internships acceptable)
• Comfortable working directly with production equipment and tools

Software & Tools

• CMM machine
• Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required)
